Welcome back to the 2008 - 2009 season of Excel Swim School. In this package, you will find Lesson and Swim Team schedules, registration information and program costs. What is New, What is the Same

 

1)    We have had to increase fees for all our programs due to increased pool and staffing costs.

2)    We have added a once per week Team program out of the Beal pool on Monday nights. This program is an ideal compliment for those already in the higher levels of our lesson program. Please see the Team information sheet (BLUE) or call 519-641-7972 for more information.

3)    We will continue to offer for sale a selection of goggles, suits, caps, etc. Contact Gloria or visit the website for availability and prices.

4)    We continue to take pride in seeing our Excel Swim School graduates go on to further competitive success with the London Aquatic Club or as swimming instructors and lifeguards.  We strongly feel that the excellent start they received from our school is a major factor in their success.

5)    Congratulations to Excel Swim School Director Paul Midgley and swimmer Joe Bartoch on their selection to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Team.

6)    Some Administrative notes to remember: (a) Our “NO MAKE UP CLASS” policy remains in effect. Ensure you make it to every class! (b) A $25 administration fee will be charged if you want to change days and times.  (c) All cancellation deadlines will be adhered to, please read the cancellation policy carefully before registering.  Please see below for details.

7)    Excel Swim School reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule classes cancelled due to building maintenance or other reasons.

8)    We would like to remind our clients that those children who are 7 years of age and older must change in their respective gender (boy or girls) change room.  No parent/adult can be in the opposite-sex change room (i.e. no adult female can be in the boys change room and no adult male can be in the girls change room.).

9)    Due to privacy issues, we request that you refrain from taking photographs or videos of children other than your own.

10) As Robarts is a shared non-public access facility we are required to strictly follow certain requirements to continue using the pool. Chief among them are  (a)  Parking is only allowed in the back parking lot (entrance off of Highbury Rd.) and (b) Clients are restricted to the pool and change rooms only, no wandering around any other areas of the facility.

 

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

Should you register and then decide to withdraw or reschedule for a different session, the following charges will apply:

(i)            A $25 administration charge will be assessed on ALL WITHDRAWALS/CHANGES.

(ii)          If a request is made more than 10 days before the first class, the amount refunded or credited will be the full amount minus the administration charge.

(iii)        There will be NO amount refunded or credited for requests made less than 48 hours before the start of the first class or once the session has begun.

As our school has grown, it has become necessary to create and enforce these policies to ensure equal access to our programs.
