Our Swim Team Program
EXCEL Swim Team is a youth introductory level non-competitive Swim Team Program.
Swimmers train twice per week, 60 minutes long per class with a focus is on skill development and personal improvement.
This program is for those who are strong swimmers and are looking for more of a challenge than lessons provide. Swimmers entering the program should be able to swim 25 meters unassisted. (Excel Swim Level 4 or Red Cross Level 8)

Practice Times:
Wednesdays from 4:45 to 5:45 PM & Saturdays from 8:30 to 9:30 AM
All practices take place at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre
Mini Meets will be held at the end of Session 1, Session 3 & Session 5

1) Sept 16th to Oct 24th - No Practice Oct 10th $390 -With Mini Meet!
2) Oct 28th to Dec 5th - No Practice Nov 21st, Nov 28th $390
3) Jan 6th to Feb 27th - No Practice Jan 23rd, Feb 6th, Feb 13th, Feb 17th $390 - With Mini Meet!
4) March 24th to May 1st - No Practice March 27th, April 10th $390
5) May 8th to June 15th - No Practice May 8th, May 15th $390 - With Mini Meet!

All Sessions 1 - 5 $1900.
Refunds & Credits for unplanned practice cancellations are eligible only when 2 or more consecutive classes are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
NEW FOR 2026 - 2027 Stroke Improvement at Canada Games Aquatic Centre
Once per week, Wednesdays or Saturdays, 45 minutes per class.
This in an intensive stroke instructional program, great for perfecting your technique. A Typical practices will have the swimmer swim one 25 meter length at a time, with direct feed back & correction immediately at the end of each length.
